Yet let me share something other than ambiance indicators. We knew that Ibis has been one of the best options for business trips, but it's very dramatic to initiate Corporate relations with this hotel. We were asking them to provide a proforma invoice for 2 nights extended so we could proceed to our finance dept, yet they stated the request was too late for them. The back office employees were off, our request was too late, and so on. We all know that we couldn't process something without the invoice, and eventually, we booked through an online app. Hopefully, they will put much effort in terms of gaining corporate customers. So we, as corporate users, will feel valuable. Thank you.
